CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Up to 48 hours before the cruise, you can cancel your cruise with no cancellation penalty, up to 24 hours before the cruise, there is a 50% cancellation penalty, less than 24 hours before the cruise or in case of no show there is no refund (100% charge applies).

  • Till the evening before the cruise, you can change the amount of guests coming for the cruise and get a refund for the difference. If less people arrive ON THE DAY OF THE CRUISE, there will be no refund.

  • In case of bad weather we will do our best to reschedule the cruise depending on yours and ours availability. In case no reschedule is possible, you will receive full refund.
