Tours Cabo is a locally operated travel agency specialized in incoming tourism in the Cabo, Mexico area.
Our company is fully licensed by the Mexican government.
Is tourscabo.com a secure site?
Tourscabo.com is a secure site. We have taken every potential measure to protect and prevent any loss of data. Financial information is protected by encryption in transmission and data gathered on users is stored and backed up on secure service protected by the best firewalls available.
All information we receive from you is completely confidential.

You can reach us by phone, skype or email. Our main customer service phone number is +52 624 132 7537 (9 AM – 5 PM Monday –Sunday MDT Time).
Who organises the travel arrangements on this website?
We organise all the travel arrangements in our tour packages in close cooperation with trusted local suppliers in each of our destinations.
How does the booking process work?
When you are ready to book, click “BOOK NOW” in the package page. Then complete the online booking form and click “PLACE ORDER”. You of course have the option to contact us for booking assistance.
You will enter your card details in the next page. Finally, you will see a page that indicates that we have received your order.
Next, you will first receive an email that acknowledges that we have received your order as well as a receipt for your payment. You will then receive another email with a voucher for all of your travel arrangements in your tour package.
Please note: It can take some time to make all arrangements for a tour package, as the travel consultant must book/reserve each service individually with our suppliers and personalize your itinerary accordingly. This is why we encourage our clients to book as far in advance as possible, to ensure that we can secure the travel.
How far in advance should I book?
All travel arrangements should be booked at least 48 hours in advance. For larger groups we recommend booking with a few weeks notice. Advance booking gives us a better chance to reserve the very best choices for you.
How can I pay for my booking?
We accept payments by credit card and Paypal.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged a certain amount at the time of booking.
All payment receipts are issued by email.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my tour?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you must change or cancel your travel plans.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing—e-mail. We are unable to issue a full refund for cancellations within less than 48 hours of the tour, all reservations are non-refundable, as we are unable to get our money back from the tour operator.

What if one of my scheduled activities is cancelled due to weather conditions?
In the event that a scheduled activity during your stay is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will offer alternatives or full refund of your money.
If your activity is cancelled, you should contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
When do I receive my travel vouchers?
Vouchers are sent by email after we have received your payment in full and as soon as all arrangements in your tour package have been booked.
Do you offer a discount for children?
We offer discounts for children for most tourist services published on our website. The discount depends on the age of the child and on the type of service being offered.
If children of a certain age are prohibited from a particular tour or activity, it will be stated in the package details. Please contact us if you have other questions about travelling with children.
Do you offer group discounts?
We can arrange for a private tour and group discounts. If your party is more than 10 people. Just contact us by email or phone.
